I discovered this site 1 month ago and was immeadiately hooked. The thing is how does one stay motivated? Are there anymore websites or discussion groups out there to keep us nembies on the right track and motivated? Thanks in advance for any response.

You might want to take a look at the “Success Stories” page on this site. These are by real people, many of whom you will recognize from this message board. Print a few of your favorites for future reference.
Also, read the “How-to” articles by Lonnie Scruggs, Ernest Tew, and Lew Dickson.
