I’ve just ordered the course, but have not begun studying yet. Alex is in my market (or perhaps I should say I’m in his since he started way before I did) and we’re friends.
Here’s a simple way to look at the purchase. Do you think that someone that’s been doing this for 10 years might have one idea to increase your cashflow $25 per month on one property? That would be $300 annually and that’s only one property.
Anyway, I figured I had absolutely nothing to lose and everthing to gain.
