I have been doing a lot of thinking about what makes a person successful. Thought it might be an interesting topic to discuss. Many of you have achived what most people would say is “success”, but what are your real ideas on being successful?
Personally, I would measure my success by the amount of people who show up for my funeral!
I have a totally unrelated question…Where would I find a lease/option agreement for use in Canada? Has anyone had some “success” doing lease options on multi-unit properties…Canadian gurus?
