Your best bet would be to ask your attorney to draw up the proper document for your state
to accomplish what you want to do.

Hello All!!

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can locate a draft of a subordination agreement.

Doing a land contract wherein owner has agreed to subordinate so that I can get new loan to build second unit on the property.
