I don’t think it will be overturned. Whenever it comes to a state’s
“police powers” (helping protect the public), the government need only
show that there is a “rational relationship” between the law and its
intended results.

So how long before you figure this would get ruled unconstitutional and wouldn’t hold up in court as being enforceable?
