Hello everyone,
I am a not quite a rookie at the real estate investing
program but have been out of the country for the last
6 years and have been out of the business for about
9 years and have noticed a considerable change. I
Have a couple of questions, what are your feelings about
the advantages of 3 bedrooms over 2 or even 1 bedroom
sfh or mh. Should we turn away from a good deal because
the property does not have a 3 bedroom config.
Where do you recommend one start to set up a bevy
of hard money lenders…?
