I suggest taking no course at all right now. there is sufficient info right here on this site to get you started, with no money at all (someone might just give you a pen too).

Read and study, that is the key. start here, and start now.

i am wondering how much liquid capitol is recommended to have on hand before I start investing in some of the creative real estate deals ive seen in the forum. I understand it can be done with very little money but I want to be prepared for short commings. I have already traveled the road of irresponsibility and chose not to go back down that path. Is it best to sheild your assets with an LLC or Corp. or just go at it as an individual part time investor?

Are there any good honest courses or books to study.
