I found Realquest to be very accurate for my area, but also very expensive.

Sources for sold, pending and DOM - Posted by Thomas O

I’m trying to find the best way to obtain data on single family houses sold, pending and days on market data. I’m not an agent so I don’t have access to MLS. I’m in the Denver metro area. There seem to be a number of RE market research companies offering data, such as Dataquick and others. Any recommendations?
Thank you

You need to get MLS access. Either get your license or get some type of assistants access under someone that is.
The MLS is the holy grail of real estate data. The other services are a sad second. Esp pending data. That is EXCLUSIVE to the MLS.
