I am not an attorney, but I would say you now own a cabin.
The right thing to do would be just talk to the neighbor. Can it be moved? Or see if he would like to buy some land with a cabin.

I own 158 acres of land only in VA, when I went to visit this summer, a boardering property owner had built a cabin on my property. I wasnt sure until I had a survey done and sure enough the entire cabin is built on my property. They built it in early spring of this year. What are my rights in this matter?

Get to a good RE attorney ASAP and get advice on VA adverse possession and ejectment statutes and case law. Do NOT delay.
