Hello!
I am looking for a good software program - all inlcusive, not a whole bunch of separate ones - to run my business. I’d like it to track seller info, property info, contact management, forms/documents, gas mileage, basic recordkeeping and the like - all aspects of the investment business. Anybody know of a good program? Have any ideas? I’m looking for something inexpensive (aren’t we all? :slight_smile: )

Write your own! MS Access is so easy now that just about anyone can create a simple and effective program to capture that kind of data.
