I do not know if I am understanding your question, but the term “Single Family” house or home does not refer to the value of a property. It differentiates between a home with one family living in it, verses a duplex or triplex, which would have multiple families in it.

Well… I was looking in th elocal mls ehre and Saw a ton of homes at the 30 - 50 range and asked myself why I dont just make deals on those for cash flow rentals…
Is this what most people mean when they are talking about SFH rentals?
