I am currently participating in the short sales tele boot-camp and I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I have contacted my local board of realtors office in order to obtain standard NYS real estate contracts. They have informed me that in order to apply for membership, and acquire the information requested I need to have a real estate license. Can anyone advise me how to obtain the contracts that I will require to initiate deals with motivated sellers.

You shouldn’t have to have a membership in order to purchase a contract. Anyone can walk into the BOR and purchase a contract (at least in FL). My husband and I are in the same boot camp - how’s your buyer’s list coming? We have 12 so far - whoo-hoo!
