Hello…

I was about to purchase Dwan Bent’s No Equity course but
the archive’s convinced me otherwise.

If it’s not too much trouble, could someone list the
items in a typical Short Sale package?

Please add/delete as you see fit

  • 2 yrs seller’s tax returns
  • paystubs
  • Bank Acct Statement.
  • Letter describing harships
  • BPO/CMA
  • Contract for sale ’ as is’
  • Buyer’s ability to close
  • pictures of property (preferably not so noce ones :slight_smile:
  • Comps (preferably on the low side :slight_smile:
  • (long) list of repairs…

Any thing else???
