BK trustees are today looking hard at RE that’s included in the debtor’s estate to see what cash might be generated for the BK estate.
The T’ee will consider whatever it takes to bring the most cash in, so think about what kind of case you could build to persuade the T’ee to make a short sale.
A realtor friend of mine had a scenario where a Bk T’ee had a property and my friend knew the property had more value than the BK petitioner had told the court…so my friend sent the T’ee a letter with a cash offer and within just a few days had that offer accepted and got himself a very good property at a bargain price.
