I am a real estate agent in NY State (about 2 years)but I am always looking for an edge and ways to improve muself. Do you think Sheets and/or Wright would help me? If so, which would you suggest I buy?
I have heard much talk about how great the Sheets program is for beginners, but I have also heard that the Wright Thurston program is even better. I was told that it has far more information and is much more helpful for people who have little to no experience.
Is this true? Should I go with Wright Thurston’s program over Sheets? Or is there an even better program out there? Both Sheets and Thurston’s packages are extremely expensive, so I really don’t want to purchase the wrong one for me.
I don’t mind putting in effort and doing research outside the programs, I just have a tight budget and don’t want to waste money on a program that might not have all the beginning information I’m looking for.
I would like to specialize in apartments: duplexes, triplexes, ect ect…
I think you just answered your own question. Since sheets is for beginners, and you are a beginner. Sheets is a good way to go to develop your learning foundation. Wright is a nice extension once you finish with sheets. Then you go on from there. Good Luck
