Check under books and courses here at this site. Look up under Tax, Asset and Legal Strategies. William Bronchick has several courses such as how to create a bullet proof corporation. He also has a course on creating your own LLC that I found very helpful when I set up my LLC.

Can anyone suggest a good book/books for the differences between S/C/LLC and how to go about setting one up? How might I go about determining state-specific (AZ) laws/rules? Thanks so much to everyone who shares their experiences-- this is a great site!!
