Most leases allow you to be able to give notice and have the tenant allow access to potential buyers. Or, you can assign the lease to the new buyer as part of the sale. Check your lease, State/county laws. Or wait. good luck,

I have a renter and I want to sell the house as is to another party. This is in Oklahoma, can i just give the renter 30 days notice and sell or do I have to wait until the lease is up in August ?
