hey guys i heard a speaker at my last REI meeting, Greg Pinneo was his name and he was talking about seller financing and mentioned a clause he uses in his contracts “substitution of security” which allowed him to carry great terms from one deal to another. just wondering if any of you have heard of this or done anything like this? thanks!
