I would like to place an offer requesting seller financing… I have never done seller financing before… I need help to set up potential deal…
I am offering $1,900,000… the home valued and listed over $2,300,000. The down paymnet of $200,000, carryback for $500,000 due and payable in 10 years (Rate neg) and finance the reminder $1,300,000 at rate of 6% or higher… any suggestion would be appreciated… Thanks

Where is the home? have you spoken to the listing agent? Need to get some info on the motivation for seller and what would make them consider it.be more definitive on wording of payback and the terms you want to finance.
