financing. If you are referring to CDs or land
trusts, you may want to contact an attorney,

If you are offering a mortgage or deed of trust
you can use a simple mortgage that banks use and
fill in the blanks.
You will also need a note that is to be secured by
the mortgage. You can get a copy of one at a local

If you have not done a deal involving owner financing
you may want to use an attorney the first time.
Many title companies also have notes, mortgages, etc.
