Well that depends on what you mean by seller
financing. If you are referring to CDs or land
trusts, you may want to contact an attorney,
go to USLegalforms.com, or call a note buyer.
If you are offering a mortgage or deed of trust
you can use a simple mortgage that banks use and
fill in the blanks.
If you have not done a deal involving owner financing
you may want to use an attorney the first time.
Many title companies also have notes, mortgages, etc.
