You will not get free legal advice on this or any other board that I am aware of.

You will get others experiences and general information.

My own experience has been good with seller carried seconds on SELLING…NOT…acquiring.

Lenders WILL NOT, in most cases, finance if they are aware that you are 100% financed.

Plus, to put otherwise on the loan documents could be considered fraud.

Can one of the attornies comment on the legalities of Seller Seconds, Silent Seconds and Carryback financing. I have come across many seller that will carry back 20% of the purchase price for property if I can get 80% of the transaction financed. Thoughts please.
