Do you mean can you sell your interest in a note? If so it would be selling the note if you were selling the whole note… You can remain a partner on the note and just sell a piece of it to get a lump sum up front now… If you need more guidance in this area drop me a line and I would be happy to assist…

I have been reading all the greatinvaluable info on this site for some time now,and want to thank everyone who has answered all my questions in the past and now my question is this;
If I sell one of my rental properties under a L/O can I sell my position or is this the same as selling a note?
