where i send all my private money invetors to put there sdira funds

They hold funds from anyone in any state. The owner is a national speaker /authority H Quincy Long and their group will not let you risk investors or your money on transactions that will not pass the rules but they will allow amazing things that are within the rules. Talk to them about using purchase options inside and IRA for about 10 minutes and you will see why I send my investors to them.

And yes it is a firm I would personallky endorse.

They also have a texas Bank that Loans to IRA’s non resourse to the IRA or Person only to the property LTV is 65-70% but it is an option that many do not even allow in SDIRA’s
