The problem with getting a tweaked copy of an operating agreement is that they are personally adapted.
There is a book titled, “Form Your Own Limited Liability Company” by Anthony Mancuso. It is a very good book and it has a sample operating agreement for both Member-directed and Manager-directed LLC’s. I think it is a 2nd edition.
I’m not an attorney, but Mancuso is.
