I got 100% participation based on doing the course evaluation… now that is more like the vocational training/second career training I was going for…
And I got 100% for turning in all the assignments, final grade of 90%…
now, the class mate in California that actually is a loan officer with tons of experience also got 90%, so this course scoring system apparently doesn’t spread us out much… but she sure had a lot easier time of it I bet.

I am going to have to push to get my course done, mostly because I have no attention span for this stuff anymore…
I even went and mowed mobile home lots as a break one day
I am really learning the material, I have asked questions of two different people who work in the industry, and I am making sense… I even knew a reg one of them didn’t
I want to print out all the online pages of the online course, but i might run out of time for that… the course had reading assignments that i did print, but the online material I thought was going to be available as a download…maybe it will be after i do the exam…
I have had to put my business on hold except for phone calls this week… so plan ahead if you go this route…
pray for Divine intervention that after this year, the licensing regs drop us seller financing on personal property folks out of the mix…
I’ve been searching and trying to find out if HUD has actually pulled the trigger on the SAFE Act and requiring anyone who negotiates terms of seller financing to take the test. Can’t find anything definative. Does anyone here know?
Its simply another way the obama administration can shut down the small business intrapreneur so you will have to depend on government more to be equal to everyone else. Its ashamed it has to come to this.SOmeone who is willing to get out and work to have something, now they are being overburdened with licenses, certificates, regulations to stay in business, EVEN YOUR OWN PRODUCTS!!!Maybe NOVEMBER will stop this socialist.

But waiting to make sure the instructor and the computer give me credit.
All kidding aside, this is the most painful thing I have done to stay in this business since the last time I crawled under a mobile home to do a repair… and I am only in the beginning stage…
I will have to make up some way to memorize all of the course content, unless when I look at the sample national exam questions they are nothing like what my online classroom questions were like…
a friend of mine keeps teasing me that most mortgage loan originators “are not that smart” and the federal exam should be a do-able thing for me…
I will update you all as I get further into the experience…
I am going to order lunch delivered (rainy weather, I feel “entitled”
awckk,!!! entitlements, VA loans have entitlement amounts I think, no I am NOT going to go look at the printouts… to see if the term is entitlement or eligibilities help, help, I am going down for the 3rd time… blood sugar level crash… must eat something tasty…
I’ve printed out all of the pdf files for all the chapters, and have cut and pasted all of the online instructor’s material for each module into a very long word document (I think that’s what you’re missing). I’m going to run copies two sided of everything and create binders for the other park managers and investors in our group who will be taking this course, you’re welcome to have a copy.
I’ve got two more modules to go, I’ll finish them tomorrow, and wrap up the exam by the deadline thursday midnight, right after soccer practice, baseball practice, cub scouts, and the kids go to bed.

I missed an assignment, I happened to check the grade details and saw I only had a 66, I hope I finished it in time and get credit for it.
the grading currently shows me as having zero participation score, so either the instructor did not post the scores, or I got Scr&wed on something, because I posted in every discussion board module that I saw I was required to do.
if I did all this work and and don’t get credit, Hondros College complaint line is going to get full up with comments from me…
I have an email in to the instructor, and a phone call into the college… I’ll let you know what happens…
yes, the govt is doing everything they can to shut down the small business man and woman… If you will think about it, none of them, repub, or democrat has ever done anything to HELP us.just add taxes to what we are doing.
