Im looking for peoples opinion on the Russ Dalbey Course.
“Winning in the Cash Flow Business” is what its called.
Its basically flipping notes with a network of note buyers he’s built up and access them through a membership site online.

i actually met him at my job in santa monica , got a free course, its easy to read and understand, he has good examples. id say it pretty much gives you all the knowledge you need to start in the cashflow business, almost so easy to read that a child can understand it.
