Well, I’m also ordering the Ron Legrand course also because I am interested in the ways to invest in real estate by Ron rather than CS. Reason being that I don’t want to have to own the rental houses. This is great for a lot of people on this site, but I’d rather wholesale or lease option. Just my personal opinion. Tell me how you like the course when you get it.

I’m a newbie and I just ordered the Ron LeGrand’s “Fast turn Real Estate” course. The content advertised seemed similar to Carlton Sheets’ material, I’m wondering if anyone has used both and how do they compare? Any comments?
