I’d agree that if you revoke your offer prior to the Seller’s acceptance you should be fine.
About the comment on the flood zone - I’m not sure whether the seller has to disclose that because it is something that can be ascertained by performing due diligence (just my opinion).
I made an offer on a house in Florida and was told after contract signing by that the house was in a flood zone. (I don’t have the contract signed/returned from the Seller yet).
Would failure of the seller to notify me of the house being in a flood zone prior to contract signing give me the right to cancel the contract?

I am not an attorney, however, I would believe that if you tendered a cancellation to the seller (in writing) before the seller accepts your offer, it would terminate the agreement. If you are working with a realtor, immediately get off this computer and contact your realtor. I also am of the understanding that a property being in a flood zone is something that should be disclosed prior to the signing of the purchase agreement, however, that might be per state.
