Thanks for the information, but thats not what I need.
I need to know what the delivery requirements are, and what legalities have to be included in the document.
Does the reason for the eviction have to be stated on the notice?

What are the required methods for delivering an eviction notice, and what is the required wording?
Does the reason for the eviction need to be onb the notice?

I’m in Kentucky, too, so I’d like to know how you do. Go to the courthouse, and ask the clerks. Treat them like the gods and goddesses they are, and they might lower themselves to help you. An eviction might be in small claims court, and clerks there have to be quite used to talking people through things. If the eviction isn’t in small claims, ask the clerks which court its in. You’d probably be smart to get an attorney if its not in small claims court. It probably would cost you two hundred dollars , at most, and then once they do it correctly, you can copy it in the future. Have you joined a REIA? I’ll bet anyone there would know the right lawyer off the top of their head.
