Well I didn’t do it in a month like I promised - but I never SOTC (sat on the couch) either.
I was the guy at the workshop with suspenders, blue jeans, and the yellow pad.
Bought 2 for 2k each. I sign closing papers on the first one for 8k tonight.
In the time since the workshop I am “in” with PM/Owners in 6 parks in my area. One is kindof saying “No” but that isn’t final yet. I only have one other park that I haven’t checked on.
The main thing has been to keep trying to use my time wisely. If there weren’t any for me to look at I just kept going with other things like looking at parks and talking to PMs. Once I bought the two I started working on them and slowed down on talking to PMs - but didn’t stop.
I look at a 4 bedroom tonight. It looks like I already have 3 more lined up to purchase next.
My wife and I are grateful for all the help we have recieved from all of you.
