Frank, you post was superb. As a landlord myself, I echo your ideas. It’s easy to think of real estate investing in black/white, dollars and cents, but there is more to the game.

Having graduated with an engineering degree, I should be locked up in an office with blueprints and a calculator. However, landlording is incredibly challenging and rewarding, and I wouldn’t trade it for any other job!!!

Burley’s angle is that he uses Money Partners on properties that require little or no down. The MP’s supply the cash and they split all profits 50-50. The average ROI is 50% with the end result being 25% for the inestor and an infinite return for the investor.
