Hello, Can anyone reccomend a very simple book system for managing approx. 20 units. I am currently using IDEAL rental property but it can only handle 4 units per book. I propably should get with it and use a software program. Anyone out there using something extremely simple to use? Thanks

Mary-----
I just use a database program and put in an entry everytime a payment comes in. Amount, date, property, remitter. Then Ihave a different database for bills. At the end of the year I summarize over categories that go into schedule e: taxes, insurance, legal, etc.
You could also setup a spreadsheet with rows for properties and columns for payments each month.
