No. The owner hasn’t changed, only the tenent. You need, however, to check the park rules to see if they allow owners to rent out their mobiles. Most parks do, some don’t. If they don’t, your mom could have a problem. Also, some parks are 55+ communities and at least one party in the unit has to be at least 55. If you have kids that may be another issue in a seniors community. They may only be allowed to stay a short time.
