We’ve started doing L/O’s and sub2’s about four hours from where we live and we’re doing fairly well so far. We’d like to explore the possibility of rehabs to either flip or rent and hold. Does anyone have experience doing this from about 200+ miles away?

i’ve had success doing some rehab/flips that are 200 miles away but still in my state. A friend of mine who lives in that area handles everything and i basically pony up the dough. Not a bad deal.
