I wholesale properties but need a reliable source to come up with property values b4 I make an offer and submit to rehabers… I know Zillow.com is not too accurate and housevalues.com is not that accurate either… Any others that are reliable?? Or is it best to just get an appraisal all the time which gets costly!!!

Bank of america has a tool that tells you the sales in a neighborhood. You can then do drive buys and compare. Other than that, get a realtor on your team or get your realtor’s license. Here’s the BOA link:
Under Sellers Tools click ‘Estmate the value of your home’.
