Does anyone know of any lenders out there in Georgia or anywhere that’ll refinance with a 500 credit score ?

I have a couple of properties that I bought with Hard money that I want to keep as rentals but I can’t seem to find a lender to refinance me out of the high interest hard money loans.

Please help !
