We entered escrow on the sale of our home late July. Hight of market in Bkfld., Ca. area. Buyer requested escrow to close late Oct. (tax reasons) Contingency on the sale of our buyers home- they had a “sure deal”. Now Dec.- still havn’t closed- still in escrow- prices have lowered/rates have gone up- do we have recourse? Please respond to emaail adress. Both our buyer, and the potential buyer of her home are lucretive real estate agent/brokers.
