No the interest has not changed. My original agreement had a stipulation that I could not exercise option until 18 mos. from date of agreement. We are changing that to say I can exercise anytime. I am finding a buyer , and relocating to another area.

I filed a memorandum of L/P agreement on a deal I did last year , and have just made an addendum to that agreement. Does the addendum get recorded as well, or do I just keep original with the rest of agreement?

Wouldn’t think you’d need to record again. The only reason you did it the first time was to put others on notice that you have an interest in the property. That hasn’t changed has it?
