Rates are determined by a lot of factors. Score, LTV, DTI, income documentation, reserves, and property type are just a few. Interview 2-3 mortgage brokers and see the difference in rates and fees

What is a general range regarding what a lender would charge on a loan for an investment property? Is there a certain celiling number out there in which you would stay away from a lender who charges anything above that number? Thank you in advance for any responses.
