Is a realator and or his company liable in any way if a sale is lost due to his non knowledge of Fl 55+ laws.
had a signed contract and a closing date set the contract had to be voided because the realator had no knowledge of the 55+ community laws the property was off the market for two weeks in which time a good contract could have been offered had the realtor had knowledge of Fl Real Estate Laws.
