Sure looks like the hundreds of emails I get congratulating me on my big lottery winnings, or foreign gov. grants, etc, ad nauseum.*
So I’d advise going mighty slow here on doing business with this gentleman until and unless your lawyer and banker are comfortable with his bona fides.
*I really haven’t kept track but by now I’m sure I’m one of the top 10 wealthiest people on earth…but funny thing is nobody’s sent me any real $$$ yet.

The area code llokup puts it in New Jersey, near Newark and nearby cities. I’ll call it later today and report on what happens.
OK, called the US number and it goes into a phone.com voicemail. I doubt very much this is anyone’s “aged mother”. Its very likely another “offshore” scam.
