I’m not an his payroll, but Garrick Sutton’s book should answer tha questions. After all is said and done, you will probably end up with an LLC. In most states, it costs less than $100. Go to your own state’s web site. Go to the Sect. of State sub section. They should have a place called Corporations and Business Entities. This is where you will find all the necessary steps to est. a business legally.
