Ben,

One of the safest things to do is find a real estate lawyer and have him/her examine the forms. He/She will be able to adjust the forms to comply with your state laws. Make sure in advance that the lawyer knows the laws concerning mobile homes. They might be a little different that SFh and such. It is going to cost some. But, will likely save you a lot of headaches in the future.

I have placed ads and have a list of about 15 buyers and have found a park with some homes that are about the price range I need for Lonnie deals. The only prblem is I am not sure about all the paperwork. I know I need a purchase agreement, sales agreemant, promissory note, title(from the seller), and other papers. I ordered Lonnie’s DOW homestudy course so I have some examples. My questionn is how do I know if they are legal in my state or where do I find ones that do. By the way I live in Washington, Seattle to be exact. All your input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ben Buckley
