We are in the process of purchasing our first home to lease/option out. We need to find a GOOD attorney who is familiar with the paperwork we have bought through our CRE trainings to review for our state, California, as well as reassuring us that the way we were told to set up our entities is correct for California. We can’t seem to find any attorney who recommends the same entity structures as we have been taught or that would recommend using the forms we have with modification. They want us to use their forms.
