Quit Claim/Legal Description question - Posted by Tim (CT)

I am giving a quit claim deed to someone. I have defined the legal description to be “See Schedule A”. Schedule A is a second peice of paper giving the legal description of the property. My question is, I’m looking for the verbiage to put on the quit-claim right next to “See Schedule A” that will make the “Schedule A” apart of the quit-claim deed.

Does anybody have that? I know I’ve seen it but I can’t put my finger on it. And, I don’t think this is required but I think I’ve seen it on other Connecticut documents/deeds so I wanted to put it in as well.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks.
