Your local courthouse/law school law library will have a number of Form Books with QT complaints/court complaints that are basically yours for the copying and using.
An even easier and more pertinent (to you) source, would be for you to go to your higher trial court clerk’s office in your county, and ask them to let you look at the index of actions filed, and then pull and read some of those QT Actions previously filed in that county.
In many ccounties around the country now you can find these filings online.
However you can find them, they are public info so available for your reading and copying.
I was recently doing a filing in Fed Bankruptcy Court and dropped into the BK Clerk’s office and had a look at their index, to find the exact form that I wanted, and did find it…and it had been very well done and researched, with law references, so it saved me lots of work.
