We if we knew what county someone MIGHT be able to help, however, why don’t you just call the county and ask.
Plus, FYI, county tax valuation is almost always less than the property value, so don’t use that as a guide to figure out current value.

I have a spreadsheet for a certain county that has every tax payers name address how the house is worth a ton of info but it has abbreviations I dont understand. I would like to email a sample of what I have to someone willing to help.
