I’m looking for a proven step by step system for processing/analyzing deals as they come my way. I’ve got a network of realtors that fax or email me more good leads than I can handle (without having to advertise. I’d like to be able to process them as quickly & effectively as possible and wish I could tie them all up before someone else beats me to the punch.
Due to time/money constraints (I’m a relatively new investor with a full time job,) it seems like an impossibility - at least for now.
Any suggestions on what sort of system I should setup in order to handle leads as they come in and position myself to take maximum advantage of these opportunities?
