You can Xerox a copy or you can use carbon paper or you can scan it on your computer, or print extra copies on your computer, etc.
I usually make one for me, one for the buyer, and one for the Title Co. & sometimes an extra.

when you fill out a purchase agreement with the seller, does the seller get a copy and you
get a copy? if both gets a copy do i have to get a purchase agreement with carbon paper?

At Kinko’s you can get forms copied onto NCR (carbonless) paper. Bronchick suggests this and it looks real official.
