They may have purchased the land in 97 and built in 2001. Or it just could be a county record mistake.

I do alot of county record searches and mistakes like this are very common.

Give your county building a call…they may be able to clear it up for you.

I’m targeting couples that are divorcing.

I found one couple’s home that shows a sale date of 1997, but it also says the home was built in 2001!

What gives?
